[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Voting - Aircraft Crossings

Hello all,

Voting has started for Aircraft Crossing tagging: 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Aircraft_crossing. 
This proposal introduces a tag for indicating where a highway or railway 
intersects with an aeroway. Thanks for those who have provided feedback 
and assisted with my first proposal.
