Opening hours would be for the club/facility as a whole.
Martin is talking about individual courts.
These can unavailable for various reasons at random times - grass courts
are often rotated to allow regrowth at times of heavy usage.
The inconsistency in the times a net is removed makes tagging it almost
impossible & just not really worth the effort.
