[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Street vendors

As alternative, I would suggest use either
(i) street_vendor=* with values similar to values of the shop=*, for
example amenity=street_vendor & street_vendor=snack; or
(ii) made values of vending=* similar to values if the shop=*.
