[Tagging] amentiy=donation_centre?

I don't see anything that would satisfy a donation_centre, a place
where you can donate clothes and other items for resale. Goodwill is a
local chain that operates donation centers, and stores. Things donated
at the donation center are distributed at nearby stores.

If nothing exists, any commentary on amenity=donation_centre?
