Agreed.  It would be more  than reasonable to ask them about the
proprietary source and licensing, and why they haven't  put up a wiki
page with an explanation, paid editing guidelines, if this is
effectively an import, etc.  Those aspects of this at first glance  seem
not ok, to the point where I would not be surprised  if DWG were
throwing a block to get the licensing issues clarified.
