[Tagging] fix the suggestion for replacement for pipeline=marker into marker=* + subject=pipeline ?

Dear all,

A proposal has started on a related topic about markers:
administrative/forestry limits
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Boundary_markers_proposal

It would be good to merge our views here about subject=* and pipelines into
this as to not make any particularism.

Introducing marking=* could solve many issues objected here.
