generally I agree but there might be exceptions where a statue consists of more than one person _or_ animal, e.g. equestrian statues (a person sitting on a horse), maybe also a person sitting on top of another person/being carried? Maybe generally a person can have an animal with them and still be considered a statue, e.g. girl with a monkey sitting on her shoulder, or man with his dog?
