'Pitched' is not among the 'normal' values on 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:roof:shape

I'd ask the mapper what they meant.


P.S. The roof sections on the Sydney Opera House are hemispherical. 
There are some others that exist don't fit the 'normal' values, but they 
are rare.
