[Tagging] openGeoDB* discardable ?

As minimum, openGeoDB:auto_update=* (automatic updates not performed),
openGeoDB:version=* (no sense outside of openGeoDB) and openGeoDB:layer=*
(openGeoDB internal concept) may be dropped without information loss.
