[Tagging] leisure=practice_pitch a bad idea because too overspecific for a main tag ?

There is already very well established tagging for basketball pitches 
with one basket.

Current usage:
8273 sport=basketball + hoops=1
vs.
6 sport=basketball + leisure=practice_pitch
