Can you ring the doorbell and purchase or order something from that
office? If yes, you could consider it to be a kind of shop. If it is
only a reseller, consider:

shop=trade + trade=building_supplies + sells=precast_concrete
or even shop=doityourself.

If it is manufacturing the said goods, consider:

man_made=works + product=precast_concrete
