[Tagging] What separator do you use for multiple value

A **period**? That sounds like a very bad idea. It is the decimal separator, so using it for anything else obviously must lead to major issues.

I use semi-colon as proposed in [1], it plays nicely with opening_hours and such keys, and I cannot remember having seen anything else in the wild.
