[Tagging] shop=pets/pet=*, are we missing a wiki page?

Key:pets_allowed a bit, feel free to improve.

For this question in particular: whether Key:pet documents which pets 
are sold, or for which pets supplies are sold (or both). Lacking an 
initial proposal (I think), this tag is probably used both ways, but I 
might be wrong.
