How do I know if an "amenity=charging_station" in the OSM data is a 
"single charge point" or a "group of chargers"?

PS:  I have read

(and asked the question before there too) and the answer to this 
question is still not clear to me.  This might be me, or it might be the 
proposal, but I'd love to know the answer.
