I welcome more tag definitions for specific features. Generally I don’t think using “playground” as key for playground equipment was a good choice (one would usually expect in OpenStreetMap that it is a key for types of playgrounds), but this is not an objection to this proposal, as it only adds more value definitions to an established tag.
