[Tagging] [RFC] Feature Proposal - Unification of post/parcel keys

In Germany, DHL Group (Deutsche Post AG) is expanding its service at the
previous parcel lockers into so-called "poststations". This small proposal
takes this into account and aims to summarize postal services in general.
