[Tagging] Draft Proposal: Tagging Equine-Assisted Therapeutic Centers

Hello Tagging Community,

I'm seeking additional advice on recommended approaches for creating an
appropriate tag for facilities that offer equine-assisted therapy. There
has been a robust discussion on the draft proposal.

   - How are you tagging these facilities in your regions?
   - Do you have suggestions on the appropriate tag and key?
   - What is the best way to agree on a tag to expedite mapping of this
   underserved community in OSM?
