[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Menstrual products

Hi,

I would like all of you to have another look at the Proposal Menstrual 
Products:

There are two comments that would IMHO would be great to receive more 
input/feedback (they are not marked as resolved). Other than that I 
consider this proposal ready for vote, so if you disagree please make 
yourself heard!
