[Tagging] [RFC] Feature Proposal - Key:opened=

This proposal wants to establish the key opened=*. Similar to the key locked=*, opened=* describes whether an object that can be opened or closed is usually opened. This applies to objects such as gates (e.g. barrier=*) and especially doors (door=*). Additionally, we propose to reuse opening=* to determine the clearance width of an object tagged with opened=partial.
