For sure I cannot track them on the ground except some of them around. and till now I've got this data from announcements from official sources related to ministry of health or grain department.
The motivation for me is to help to more people know about and use wholegrain breads. Also such bakeries advertise wholemeal bakery on their storefront and maybe some other people come and record/update these info.
