[Tagging] breads of bakeries

Hey,

Indeed bakeries in the West usually sell a variety of breads and usually they are very similar in the same region.

In Iran for example, most shops sell only one specific kind of bread (except for the so called "fantasy bakeries" which sell foreign bread types). I think at least here it makes sense to add the kind of bread they sell through tagging. Many of these bakeries don't even have sign posted names, so people name them just "[bread type] Bakery" in OSM - which is okay but technically conflicts with the 'names are no descriptions' guideline of OSM.
