In addition to cash payments payment by credit card should be 
considered. Some national parks require a payment at the entry point, 
when not maned then there is a payment box .. so I'd not limit it to 
campsites/parking but cover everything?

Most of these are either at the entrance of can be found by a visual 
search... I'd not map them unless they are difficult to find.
