[Tagging] Canceled Proposal Virtual tour

Hey,

I know you can use any tag you want see
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Any_tags_you_like
We are currently in a private meeting with four people to further shape the
tag.
This is based on the input data during voting and on the proposal's wiki
talk page.
A wiki page has been created for the tag virtual_tour, it is currently
under development see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:virtual_tour
The reason why I have currently placed the proposal on ‘cancelled’ is
because it was at the indication of one of the persons from the private
conversation.
Furthermore, we will continue with the proposal to get as much input as
possible to document this tag as best we can.
