[Tagging] maxweight : x tons exept for bus

It would help if Marc_marc could post the image of the traffic sign which
originated the thread (or the image of an equivalent sign) and tell the
country where it is placed. Then a user with local expertise could chime in,
and we could decide if the wiki needs clarification.

 

Where I live, two different kind of “maxweight” signs exist, each one with
its own meaning: either maximum allowed weight on road segment, or maximum
vehicle rated weight. I have seen exceptions only for the latter. Maybe
emergency vehicle might make exceptions to the first, assuming any
responsibility in case of mishap, I’m not sure.

Is it necessary for the tag "maxweight" to be made more clear or to document
that this is a tag that should be interpreted differently in different
countries?
