[Tagging] parcel locker selling stamps and having integrated post box

Hi,

it seems as some of DHL Packstationen are selling stamps (Briefporto) 
and having a integrated post box.
However the wiki page does not provide any tags for that: 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dparcel_locker

For selling stamps vending=stamps could be an option, as it exists for 
vending_machine, do you agree?

For the post box functionality there seems to be no tag currently?
