The tag man made=windmill is more popular and was created before 
building=windmill, indeed looking at the history of building=windmill it 
was created as a direct copy of man made=windmill.

A wind mill is not only a 'building' but has sails (or blades) to 
capture wind power.

What nest? Radio telescopes?
