That's an interesting idea because I myself have started to tag the different types of catenaries, albeit so far only with catenary_mast:tensioner=yes and catenary_mast:transformer=yes which isn't as detailed as your proposal.
 
I think what might be worth mentioning are catenary gantries and how to map them (I've already started a discussion on man_made=gantry that its description is quite highway specific). If it were me, I'd simply put power=catenary_mast as part of a man_made=gantry such as at the end nodes of the latter and wherever applicable in the middle.
