[Tagging] Railway station help points

I have been asking myself the same question recently but didn't find an answer. A similar topic are the columns that can sometimes be found at taxi stands. I wonder if we should think about a general tag for "phones that can only call one number" (excluding emergency purposes).

And I don't think they really match emergency=phone, because they have an "information" button as well as an "emergency" one.  They could be railway=telephone, but I don't think they're similar enough to that to use the same tag.
