[Tagging] Feature Proposal – Approved – Catenary mast details

Hello OSM-folks,

I'm glad to share with you the proposal about catenary mast details was 
*approved *approved with 11 votes for, 0 votes against and 0 abstentions 
by the now closed voting.
Thanks to everyone who occupy oneself with the proposal, helped to bring 
the proposal to the state we have now and voted.

The concerning wiki page i going to be created and filled over the next 
time. Further proposals about railway power supply will follow...
