I could imagine one of those buttons that has a little triangle on the side. If
you click on the button you get the default (or last) action, if you click on
the triangle you get a dropdown menu and can choose one. That way we don't
need much screen real estate. It doesn't fit perfectly though, because we have
the XAPI and the JOSM button. Should the little triangle change both settings?
The setting would have to be stored in a cookie so that it doesn't have to be
done again.
Another option would be a popup when clicking on the button which gives you
a choice which server you want. That would also give enough space to describe
the servers to give the user more background for choosing the right one.
