[Taginfo-dev] Maps for ways

Hi!

I have pushed the changed to also create maps for ways. Also you don't have to
change the C++ source any more to set the bounding box and image size. I have
tried to update http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Taginfo/Running with all the
necessary information.

If everything goes according to plan this should work an the main site tomorrow.
