[Taginfo-dev] Add more translation strings to 'keys' view and javascript code

Hi,

I have made some modifications to add more translation strings to
taginfo, and translate them in English and French. Other languages are
untouched.

 - a745bff6b5ac98370585ec0a85ee2e64c1a8d8b5 adds more translation to
   view keys (mainly on the tabs subtitles)

 - 05c093f8714123642dde651d2bb9979a2b826226 adds translations in
   javascript code, including the various generated tables.

 - bfcec84af7ac6a5b0853b7d9fd7ee2edc5996649 translates the
   description from the wiki in the keys view. As I'm a beginner in
   ruby code, there might be a better way to do this.
