Hi!

I have changes things around a bit, so if you are running your own taginfo
instance, you'll have to change the config. I have added flag images for the
countries already running other taginfo instances to the public/img/logo
directory. They can be used or you can use different ones.  Map background
images should go into public/img/mapbg . Send me pull requests with your
new logos/maps.

I am also planning some changes to the way other taginfo instances are
integrated. Currently there is a link to the wiki Taginfo/Sites page and
from there you can find the other instances. Thats a bit cumbersome for
users. My plan is to scrape the wiki page, find all the links in there,
check whether they have a running taginfo instance by calling the new
/api/2/site API call and the integrate all the sites I found in some kind
of menu directly on the taginfo sites. I haven't figured out exactly how
to do this, we'll see...
