[Taginfo-dev] Translations needed

Hi!

I have spent some time making nearly all of the texts ins taginfo translatable.
There are some texts on the about page and in the database statistics report
still hard-coded to English, but all the other texts are now created
dynamically depending on your language settings.

I have also brought the German translation up-to-date. But the Italian, French,
and Russion translations are missing large sections. And of course more
translations are always welcome.

You can have a look at http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/taginfo/i18n to see
the current state of affairs.

Please help with translations. The files with the texts are at
https://github.com/joto/taginfo/blob/master/web/i18n/ . You can fork taginfo,
edit the texts and send me a pull request. Or, if thats too hard, just download
the files and send me the updates.

If you don't have time to translate everything, just start from the top in
those files, I tried to put the more important stuff at the beginning.
