[Taginfo-dev] New feature deployed: Projects

Hi!

I now have deployed the new "Projects" feature on the main site. If you are
running your own taginfo site, you can upgrade now or wait for the bugs to turn
up and be fixed.

If and when you upgrade your taginfo software, you MUST add 'projects' to your
config under 'sources.download' and run the update process. Only after that
is though should you kick your webserver to reload the taginfo application.
