[Taginfo-dev] Problem updating to latest taginfo

I’m suspecting there’s something with the newer taginfo-tools, as the new code with the old database files seems to be loading ok.

I’ve put the databases at http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org.uk/20201231-problem-db.zip <http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org.uk/20201231-problem-db.zip>
