  Change wording of unusual osmcarto-rendering parameter warning

Strictly speaking the osmcarto-rendering parameter can be a link to an
image or some other text. See
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Description/doc&diff=next&oldid=1346371

This makes, of course, the automated use of that parameter impossible,
so I am keeping the warning, but I am changing the wording.
