[Talk-africa] Opportunity for Open Mapping in Uganda

As part of the Open Data for Resilience Initiative (OpenDRI) (
www.opendri.org), we just recently published an opportunity for individual
organizations or consortia to implement an Open Mapping program in Uganda.

Qualified groups with strong experience in OpenStreetMap, UAV mapping, IT,
and conducting training in related technology are strongly encouraged to
apply.
If you have any question please don't hesitate to contact me. Deadline to
submit the initial Expression of Interest (EOI) is next Monday, August 7th,
2017.
