[Talk-africa] OSM TAG FOR FOOTBALL VIEWING CENTER

Hello everyone,

I trust you are all doing well.

Yesterday, I reached out to the community on the telegram group to request
assistance on the appropriate tag for  "football viewing centers" in Africa
(Kindly see the picture for context:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/17wCZuO4SJslKk7NzjKBnkQriOH6uQakk/view?usp=sharing)
as there are none yet available on OSM.

It was suggested to share this on the mailing list to explore the
possibilities of proposing a suitable tag for it (All ideas are welcomed!).

It will be great if we can discuss an appropriate tag for them. Or if there
are already existing tags that we could use , that will also be great, to
ensure uniformity.
