[Talk-africa] Africa Missing Roads Project (Courtney Williamson)

Hello, Claire, Geoffrey, and Bert,

Thank you for your inputs! Since this project initially focuses on two countries, Rwanda and Burundi, I will reach out to the Talk-Bi<https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-bi/> mailing list, but I do notice that it is not very active. I do not see a local Rwanda group. I am already in the OSM-Africa Telegram group, and I did drop our project details into it awhile back. I will drop a version of this reply there, as well.

I am also happy to report that we have amended the links to Africa highway policies in our MapRoulette project description as you suggest; I do want to reassure you that it was an accidental oversight not to have the links in the MR project description; our team is indeed following those guidelines.

I will of course continue to provide summaries of any additional project work to Talk-Africa, as well as reach out to local communities wherever possible.
