[Talk-al] OSM Albania Logo (Propozim)

Hey Puneet,

1. Thanks for that. Slipped by, will fix that.

2. Well, this is being used for a Community Logo, not for anything outside
of the scope of OSM, so not sure why there should be a problem. I could
simply upload it to the OSM Wiki under Community Logos to clarify that. I
don't think that other communities needed to take permission for this kind
of thing, since they are part of the OSM scope afterall (excuse me if I got
anything wrong here)
