Do you plan to let people express themself in one of 5 different language, 
that's gone be tricky for understanding... I'll search for a real time 
translator program ;-)

I'm not too much on board things, but you'll surely get my vote (if I'm

Whaou, I couldn't get more lucky as to be on a one day created list with the 
guy who did the import !

Perfect..., to be honest I already started and was waiting from some italian 
insults that I hopped to solve with genepy...

We have the same case on our side, I'm doing my best not to cut any and as I'm 
doing semi-manuals updates, that shouldn't break too much.

The problem I'll be facing soon is that relation id 48130 (Italian border) is 
rather big (1038 members) and our admin_level=8 is represented by many small 
areas which forces me (well, it depends on the tagging method) to cut this 
boundary in even more members

In france, we dropped rapidly the 1 relation for france concept as it didn't 
fit anymore in the api limits and/or JOSM capacity to manage.

But we are still searching... one solution of wich this one might do
