Well, I've been told on the wiki that path is meant for that, but I'm
absolutely not convinced ;-)

being short, I am strongly agreeing with you on that.
My idea was about the same has yours, tag it piste:type=something
(I was proposing cross_country, but I don't care about the word, maybe nordic
comes closer but is a little bit different, but why not )
