[Talk-asia] New Mapping Projects in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain

Hello OSM Asia Community,

I trust this message finds you all in great well-being and high spirits. I'm thrilled to share with you two new Tasking Manager projects designed to enrich OpenStreetMap by adding missing buildings in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.


  *   Saudi Arabia (Corniche Jeddah): https://tasks.openstreetmap.us/projects/520
  *   Bahrain (Zallaq): https://tasks.openstreetmap.us/projects/526

These projects are particularly significant as both regions are expected to host major sporting events – the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix (F1 #2) and the Bahrain 2024 Bahrain Grand Prix (F1 #1).

Your contributions to mapping missing buildings in these areas will not only enhance the accuracy of the map but also play a pivotal role in supporting these noteworthy events.
