Ich glaube nicht, daß das gut passt:

Wie schon geschrieben: Im offiziellen UK Highway Code [3] wird "built-up 
area" verwendet. Wenn wir uns einen englischen Begriff aussuchen, dann 
sollte es besser dieser sein. Anderes führt IMO nur zu Verwirrungen.
