IMHO ist Konsens (und das macht IMO auch Sinn):

* alles, was internationale Relevanz hat (speziell alles, was mit "was taggt
  man wie" zu tun hat), wird auf Deutsch mit "DE:" getaggt, z.B.:

  http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Map_Features
  http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Howto_Map_A

* alles, was lokalen Bezug hat, ist automatisch in der lokalen Sprache, z.B.:

  die Städte/Regionen in
    http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Category:City_in_Germany
  http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Germany

Und drum bin ich auch dafür

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Austria
und die Städte in http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Category:City_in_Austria
auf Deutsch zu machen. Wenn's drum geht, wo wir uns in Wien oder Linz oder
sonstwo treffen, brauchen wir das nicht auf Englisch auszumachen, sondern auf
Deutsch. Detto, wie weit wir jetzt in Wien sind o.ä.
