[talk-au] Map errors in regional Victoria

I performed some random mappings across Victoria while driving to and
from Mt Hotham over the weekend.

I was comparing my tracks with those from other sources and came across
this peculiarity at Mitchellton Winery near Nagambie.
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=mitchellstown,+australia&ie=UTF8&ll=-36.852153,145.090599&spn=0.046634,0.079479&z=14&om=1

Notice the proliferation of Blunt Streets. More interesting is the fact
that these streets don't actually exist. If you look at the aerial
photographs, they're actually tracks within the winery itself.

The same errors occur on the http://www.street-directory.com.au site.
The vicroads.vic.gov.au site doesn't show these roads but it does show a
Blunt Street nearby.

I wonder how these errors were introduced.
