G'Day all

Up here in Rockhampton, Nth QLD we have a railway line that runs down the middle of a street.  The street has a mixture of houses, business and a school along it.  When there is a freight/passenger train on the line, cars and trucks can travel up and down either side of the train on the street.  The railway line acts like the dashed center lines on a road or street.  I've marked the street as residential.  Just want to know how I go about putting a railway line up the middle of this street?  Can I just put another way on top of the one thats there and mark it as a railway?
