"I'm mapping school zones as well. Would a waypoint for the start and end of
a schoolzone suffice, or is there a correct way of doing this? (dunno how it
is in all states, but in NSW all school zones are 40km/h at certain times.
Helps to know when one is coming up!)
Cheers,
Myles"

It wouldn't be hard to do a better job than Road Angel does (did ?). Their
school zones seem to be based on drawing a circle around the school, which
just doesn't work - I get an alert for a school which is on the other side
of the railway line.

We really need to identify the actual entry points into the 40km/hr zone on
every street. Theoretically, you could do it using points, lines or areas.

I think the best way would be to mark a way that was speed-restricted at
certain times and days. This is the method used to identify any other
speed-limit change currently.
