[talk-au] School Zones

Yeah, our tomtom does a similar thing: just tells you when you are within a
certain distance of a school. Not very useful really.
I think I might put in waypoints for the schoolzone and also specify the
speed restriction in the way. That would allow people using just an OSM
raster rather than vector map to see the school zone as well.
